A PaidByCash Virtual Prepaid MasterCard® is a prepaid
account with a value limited to the amount of
money loaded on the account by the purchaser. The
account works just like a Debit MasterCard® card but
without a physical card. A PaidByCash Virtual Prepaid MasterCard® allows you to buy what you want, when you
want, everywhere Debit MasterCard® is accepted online -
at millions of internet merchants as well as with
phone orders for catalog sales.

A PaidByCash Virtual Prepaid MasterCard® allows safe

catalogs. PaidByCash is better then a high-fee
credit card account or an expensive prepaid

used wherever Debit MasterCard® is accepted online.

What is the difference between a prepaid card,
a credit card and a Virtual Prepaid MasterCard®? |
A PaidByCash Virtual Prepaid MasterCard® is similar to a
Prepaid MasterCard® but without the physical plastic
card. Online merchants accept it just like any
other Debit MasterCard® - but the PaidByCash Virtual Prepaid MasterCard® holders do not have a credit line.
A PaidByCash Virtual Prepaid MasterCard® will only allow
the holder to access the amount of money that's
loaded onto the account. Like a debit card, the
money is automatically deducted from the account
as it is spent.

What are the PaidByCash dollar limits? |
You may load any value from $10 up to $350 at a time. On a single load you may make multiple
purchases. (For example, load $100 and make five
$20 purchases or load $62.83 and make a single
purchase for $62.83). You may also load multiple PaidByCash accounts but
may not load more then $500 total in a calendar
month.

How much does it cost to use PaidByCash? |
Each retail location charges a one-time $4.95 fee
to load a PaidByCash account. There are no fees to
make online purchases using your PaidByCash Virtual Prepaid MasterCard®. Additional Terms and Conditions apply and may vary by state.

Paying cash at a retail
location |
Do I need to get a payment code to bring with me to the retail store? |
Yes. Without a payment code from the PaidByCash website you will not be able to use the PaidByCash service.

Click here. Enter your zip code and print out your
payment code.

Where are the retailers located? |
There are more than 60,000 conveniently located
retailers in the United States where you can pay
cash. Find one near you.

Where is the Western Union service located
within the retail store? |
It varies. Look for the yellow and black Western
Union sign which may be located at the customer
service desk, the cash register up front, a kiosk,
or another location. If you cannot find it ask any
employee for assistance.

How do I fill out the Western Union form? |
Use the grey Western Union Prepaid Services
form. Enter the PaidByCash Payment Code in the boxes
at the top of the form. Write the amount in both words and numbers. On the "Pay To" line enter PaidByCash
and sign the form.

What if the clerk at the store says my payment
code is not valid? |
Double check the Payment Code on the printed page
you brought with you. Ask the clerk to resubmit
the code to confirm it was entered correctly. If
this fails, contact customer support.

Can I pay at the retailer without a payment
code? |
No. You must print a PaidByCash payment code from
the PaidByCash site. Click here. Enter your zip code and print out your
payment code.

Can I reuse a payment code? |
No. You must print out a new PaidByCash payment

Do I need to activate my PaidByCash Virtual Prepaid MasterCard®? |
Yes. In order to receive your 16-digit PaidByCash
Virtual Prepaid MasterCard® number with the exact amount
of money you loaded, you must activate your account.

How do I activate my PaidByCash Virtual Prepaid MasterCard®? |
Click here. Follow the screen
prompts and enter the required information. Your
account will be activated and you will receive a
16-digit PaidByCash Virtual Prepaid MasterCard® number
with the exact amount of money you loaded. You
will also receive a CVC2 code and an expiration
date. To finalize your activation click on the
Go Shopping button to use your new PaidByCash Virtual Prepaid MasterCard® at any one of the millions of
online sites or phone catalogs that accept Debit MasterCard®.

What information is required to activate my
PaidByCash Virtual Prepaid MasterCard®? |
Name, address, telephone number and email. You may
only register a PaidByCash Virtual Prepaid MasterCard®
from a U.S. address.

Why do you ask for my address? |
The address you enter here is very important. As
you check out from an e-commerce site you will be
asked for both your "Billing Address" and
"Shipping Address". Your "Billing Address" and
"Shipping Address" must both match the address you
register with PaidByCash or your purchase will be
declined.

Do I need to be a U.S. citizen to use
PaidByCash? |
No. However, you still need to provide your name,
telephone, email and the address where you are
currently residing.

How do I spend it? |
It's easy. Go to www.paidbycash.com/shopping.
Enter either the URL of your shopping destination
or click on a merchant logo. Shop as you normally
would. On checkout, choose the "credit card
payment" option and select "MasterCard®" as the card
type. Enter your 16-digit PaidByCash Virtual Prepaid MasterCard® number, the CVC2 number and the expiration

Where can I spend it? |
As long as you start your shopping from
www.paidbycash.com/shopping you may use the
PaidByCash Virtual Prepaid MasterCard® anywhere Debit MasterCard® is accepted online.

Where can I not use it? |
You cannot use your PaidByCash Virtual Prepaid MasterCard® at ATMs or at physical retail locations.
In addition, you cannot use your account to
purchase pornography, firearms, or any illegal
materials, products, or services, including
gambling and services that facilitate the transfer
of money for the purpose of gambling.

Can anyone else use my account? |
No. Once an account is activated it is not
transferable. You are responsible for keeping your
account information secure. If you believe anyone
has accessed your account, please notify customer support.

Can I add money to my PaidByCash Virtual Prepaid MasterCard®? |
No. Once an account is loaded you cannot add to
it. You may use the account until the balance is
zero. You may however have multiple accounts, as
long as you do not exceed the PaidByCash limits.

How do I keep track of my balance? |
Click here to log into your account. You will need
either your 16-digit PaidByCash Virtual Prepaid MasterCard® number or your original payment code as
well as your email address. Once you log in you
can view your account balance, transaction
history, report an account lost or stolen, update
your contact information or contact customer
support.

How long can I keep my PaidByCash Virtual Prepaid MasterCard®? |
You may keep you account open until the expiration date or until the balance reaches zero. Terms and Conditions apply. You may load additional accounts
as needed as long as you do not exceed the limits.

Can I use my PaidByCash Virtual Prepaid MasterCard®
for multiple purchases? |
Yes. You can use your PaidByCash Virtual Prepaid MasterCard® anywhere Debit MasterCard® is accepted online -
at millions of websites - as long as there are
funds available in the account. (For example, load
$100 and make five $20 purchases or load $62.83
and make a single purchase for $62.83).

What do I do if a purchase is declined? |
You should first verify the balance on the account
by clicking here and logging into your
account. If you have a sufficient balance on your
account but are still declined, please contact
customer support.

Can I return an item that I purchased with my
PaidByCash Virtual Prepaid MasterCard®? |
When requesting a return or refund from an online
merchant, you will need to have your PaidByCash
Virtual Prepaid MasterCard® number available to process
the return. The merchandise value is usually
credited back to your PaidByCash Virtual Prepaid MasterCard® within three to seven days (or longer,
depending on the merchant's policies). Once those
funds are credited back to your account, you may
spend them elsewhere online.

What do I do if my PaidByCash Virtual Prepaid MasterCard® is lost or stolen? |
Report lost or stolen accounts immediately by
calling 1-888-801-3770. You will
need to have your PaidByCash Virtual Prepaid MasterCard®

How do I keep my account information secure? |
It is your responsibility to keep your account
information secure. Do not share it with anybody
and keep the information in a safe place.

How do I keep myself safe from online fraud? |
Online fraud occurs when someone poses as a
legitimate company to obtain sensitive personal
data and illegally conducts transactions on your
existing accounts. Often called "phishing" or
"spoofing," the most current methods of online
fraud are fake emails, websites and pop-up
windows, or any combination of these.
Always keep in mind that PaidByCash will never
send email containing attachments, or require
customers to send personal information to us via
email or pop-up windows. Any unsolicited request
for PaidByCash account information you receive
through emails, websites, or pop-up windows should
be considered fraudulent and reported immediately
to customer support.
